July 10, 2009. This was my last jump of the meet and in essence my last chance to qualify for the World Championships. I'd set a marginal personal best prior to this jump so I knew that I could hit the "B" standard of 16.65m with a just little more effort. The crowd and teammate support definitely helped out a great deal!
