How to make images and video move to the beat in Modul8.

This tutorial shows how to use TouchOSC together with Modul8 over CoreMIDI.
This is what you need:
- Buy Modul8 or download the demo* garagecube.com/modul8/
- Buy the TouchOSC app for your iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch or from the app store. You must run iOS 4.2 or later to be able to use Core MIDI.

iTunes2syphon is a iTunes visualizer that sends track information as an image to Syphon so that you can display the info in other Syphon enabled softwares.
The tutorial shows how to install the visualizer and how to display song name, artist, genre and year and show it in Modul8 and VDMX via Syphon. It also shows you how to modify the Quartz Composer visualizer source file to make it look the way you want.

I guess I possibly could but could you but could you tell me a bit more in detail what you would like to know. It's not that much happening in between. Like connecting the computer to the projector with a dvi, vga or possibly composite. And selecting the output in either program. And maybe you want extenders if you have a great distance between your computer and the projector. I don't even have my own extenders or any fancy projector (like Barco or Christie) if that's what you had in mind.

It would be a great advantage to show the actual hardware union between a projector and the output of Modul8 or output of Madmapper.
