This short film was made as an homage to Mr. Long, who plays himself in the film. He entertained both kids and adults in the parks of Hanoi for most of his life with his homemade films and drawings. Recently he was forced to retire because of his poor health. The film was shot in Mr. Long's neighborhood of Van Phuc Village, with his family members and neighbors participating as characters in the film.
