With sessions held both on campus and "in the field," students learn the art and science of fly-fishing in some of the most pristine streams in North America. The class also teaches route-finding skills, resource and land management issues and conservation philosophies. Overnight camping is part of the field study, and if you're lucky (and good), there'll be plenty of fish to cook over the campfire.
