I play Boq, who is a Munchkin with a big heart who pretty much mounts this campaign to win Glinda's heart.
Q: And you play other minor characters in the show?
I mean very, very briefly and very minor characters. Myself and some of the other principals are hidden in the ensemble for the opening number just to boost the sound, boost the ensemble.

What makes Diaghilev a man worth devoting an exhibition to?
Jane Pritchard - Curator:
Well I think that Diaghilev is one of the most extraordinary people in twentieth century arts. He didn’t actually create anything very obviously himself, but he created a whole company, he brought together a huge range of the leading talents of the day and that’s composers, choreographers and designers. It’s really…
A time-lapse view of the two week long process of erecting Picasso's giant backdrop for Le Train Bleu in the V&A Exhibition Gallery with the help of a scaffolding tower, five riggers pulling it up and ten museum staff unrolling it.
The backdrop for the 1924 Ballets Russes production of Le Train Bleu measures 10.4 m x 11.7 m. Signed by Picasso, it is the centrepiece of the V&A's major autumn exhibition.

In this special film, Dr Mark Evans, Senior Curator of Paintings at the V&A visits the V&A and Windsor Castle to reveal how Raphael made the cartoons which were used to make tapestries by specialist weavers in Brussels and how they come to be at the V&A. Meanwhile, in Rome, Vatican Museum Curator, Professor Arnold Nesselrath explains how Raphael applied his 'universal genius' to sculpture, architecture and tapestry as well as painting.
Mark Evans:…
I never thought I' d see the day when they actually managed to get the Raphael Tapestries up inside the Sistine Chapel. I mean those of us that think this is the greatest room in art, which I do, have always wondered what it must look like when it' s complete. Because although it' s magnificent with the Michelangelo frescoes and all the other paintings by Botticelli and Perugino, it' s an absolute treasure trove of Renaissance art, you' ve always…
PROFESSOR SIR CHRISTOPHER FRAYLING: Marc Newson's work as a designer has touched and indeed touches the V&A at many points. Design art, postmodernism, one-off pieces that tell tales, Milan in a Van, even Cold-War modern, in that Mark has a love of the sets of Ken Adam for James Bond and Dr Strangelove, something we share, and indeed for the spaceships of 2001.
The chairs we're going to be sitting on for this conversation are in fact Mark's chairs…
Studio Mumbai was founded by Bijoy and Priya Jain.
Transcript:
Michael Anastassiades: One evening we walked out of the studio and Bijoy said to me I’m going to show you something. We walked through this narrow slither, which was basically sandwiched between the outside wall of a warehouse and the boundary wall of a property and in there was a series of dwellings. The light was very low and the lights inside those dwellings were on and it was an…
