Rick K understands our longing to change. Transformation is a work of the Holy Spirit, but it still takes effort. First and foremost, we must stay connected; rooted deeply in God, the source. But how? There are various connectors that bring us close to God. Find your connector and meditate on the truth.

David Brooks boils down the process of being transformed—a routine to build a Christ-centered life. Transformed to the image of Christ; for the sake of others; to the Glory of God. Let's practice! Try out some "soul-training" exercises to facilitate an environment for the Holy Spirit (in the context of community) to change us.
Rick O believes that transformation is possible. Like a caterpillar morphing into a butterfly, it might not seem possible, but it’s inside us. In fact, it’s what we were created for! Let’s acknowledge where we’re at, both good and bad, and let God continue making us into something beautiful—a reflection of him.

Rick K explains that our faith is about a transformed life right now, not just after we die. There's a gap between how we live and how we want to live. Jesus is the spring of real life. Instead of relying on our broken ways, let's find the real and everlasting source.
Guest speaker Phil Strout, the next National Director of Vineyard USA, introduces us to one of his favorite churches, the New Testament church described in Acts. The church wasn’t about who gets credit. It broke through barriers. It had the finger of God on it. And it was marked by humility and care for the poor.
Rick K has some news for us: we can’t outrun God! Now and then, though, we all try. Like Jonah, when we run, we usually end up in a dangerous place. Our lives unravel. And we hurth those in close proximity. But we can’t outrun God; he is there and provides a way out!
Rick O points out that the promise of Easter is that Jesus makes all things new again. We celebrate because of the life he offers. Yes, his death on the cross represents forgiveness, but forgiveness itself doesn’t result in life change. Jesus offers us a new beginning with a transformed and clean heart.
