The second Qualifier for “O’Neill Wake The Line 2012″ is over and we congratulate DANIEL GRANT, BRIAN REEDER, ROBERT SICHEL and CODY JOHNSON to their spots at the main event on June 2nd in Cologne/Germany.
Young gun Daniel Grant showed some solid riding all day long. With a clean Nosegrab Moby Dick in the finals he took the crown today. Second place got Brian Reeder who is no stranger to rails. He also landed a couple of BS 720s off the new UNIT…

Brenton scored an impressive score of 90 on the UNIT Parktech setup which gave him a save spot at "O'Neill Wake The Line".
Oli Derome from Canada placed second and will ride next to his brother Raph who is already seeded.

Fifth edition of the legendary “O’Neill Wake The Line” presented by Relentless Energy back at Stadionbad in Cologne/Germany on June 2nd, 2012. “The Pool ist just a miracle. I never expect that something like this is doable.The Remote Team, Ben Horan and me are winching allot these days. We are looking for waterfalls or other locations with differed water levels. I gave my first sketch last year. My idea was to bring winchspots to cableparks. What UNIT is doing with my idea is just unbelievable. I cant wait to ollie into the down rail or just kickflip the stairs."
Nico von Lerchenfeld: "When I was thinking about how my obstacle should look like it was pretty clear to me I wanted something like a downrail, using a pipe and not a wide box. This makes rail riding a lot more difficult, but the feeling so much better. Clearing the whole rail or using another of all the varieties you can hit this obstacle (like wallriding it, or going from the wall to the rail, or using it as an uprail,...) just makes you smile."…
