In remembering the resurrection of Jesus we are called to participate in it. It has as much to do with us today as when it happened.
The Ressurection is a:-
1. verifieable event witnessed and recorded.
2. pattern of how things are.
3. prophecy of a greater day to come.
There are those who would claim that there was no Jesus and no ressurection as the scriptures record. Don't let anyone high-jack the Resurrection by using biblical terms and at the same time tell you that this is metaphorical and notional and that the reallity of the event is irrelavent.
What you believe about the ressurection has everything to do with what you do about Jesus in your life today.
Are you covered by the blood of Jesus?
