Who are you? is an attempt to answer a question I often ask myself.
The starting point is invariably a row of seats in any given carriage in the NYC subway. In each episode, there will be a different character, who I will follow until he or she arrives at his/her doorstep. Once there, I shall ask: "Excuse me, but can we talk?"

The project is about understanding this city a bit, to know who these people are, how they get by, how they reinvent themselves, or maybe just an excuse to strike up a conversation.
