YUVA Recently completed a new motion identity for Edinburgh based digital studio,Veemee. Our treatment turns their logo into an evolving '8Bit' 3D pixel animation. The sound design was produced by iamsound.co.uk.
YUVa travelled over to Gdansk (Poland) at the end of November 2009 to participate in the Narracje festival (26 Nov- 6 Dec 2009). Working with local Polish artist Dorota Walentynowicz, YUVa created a real-time light sculpture which was sound reactive to its surrounding environment.

This R&D project was produced to demonstrate how real-time motion graphics could be applied to live musical performance. The whole video was produced solely using Apple's Quartz Composer software.
This digital signage application that displays Geo-Tagged news stories from the web on a 3D globe in real-time. Prototyping environments like Quartz Composer are great for mixing lots of different technologies quickly. We used a combination of GLSL shaders, GEO-RSS and Javascript to be able to plot the news stories accurately on the planet.
This demo application allows the user to load in 3d Collada models from Sketch Up and display them using an Augmented Reality tracking marker. The models can be displayed in a number of different modes including cross section, without textures and wireframe.
A demo application using Augmented Reality to display a virtual map and access real-time data from a tracker marking printed on an Ordinance Survey map. The user is also able to access weather forecast data along with more typical graphical overlays.
