Please see my response in the other thread you posted in. You cannot change the embed settings of others' videos to the same extent to which you can change your own. However, there are a few options to choose from when embedding someone's video.

But only with MY own videos, or not? So with foreign videos i can't change the settings for the embeded player?

Yes, you can customize the player by going to the video's Settings and clicking on Embedding. Vimeo FAQ: vimeo.com/help/faq#customize_embed
