Charlie Samuels is an internationally published photojournalist specializing in action-sports, photo-essays and portraiture. Known for his ability to capture motion, his photographs have appeared in ad campaigns, numerous books and publications including Sports Illustrated, Business Week, GQ, National Geographic Adventure, People, Time, Newsweek, ESPN, Maxim, and the top front pages of The New York Times and nytimes.com. He has exhibited in art galleries in Los Angeles, Miami and New York City; his portraits include notable politicians, executives, athletes and artists. Charlie is also the Director of Photography on several documentaries, short films and multi-media productions.
