I would describe myself as musical. I play the piano, bass guitar, flute (eh…I hate it, but I like my Irish flute), and (probably) any keyboard instrument you push in front of me (I consider myself an overall fair percussionist). I sing about anytime I can (“…if there’s music in the night…it’s not just me who feels it, music plays a mindtrick…”). If my life were a musical, I think I would be either happy or crazy, but I’d never be bored. I have a talent (as my friend calls it) for finding artists who aren’t heard by a large audience, have raw talent, and I introduce them to my friends (they always like the artists I play for them). In my spare time (between classes, during the summer, when I’m bored or just because I want to) I read, watch TV or a really good movie, and cook/bake. Food is the other staple in my life, and church right next to it (my religion is my lifestyle). I dream of living an adventurous life, because “adventure is a wonderful thing,” finding love and having an epic romance, and being a “Clinton St. Girl” with the light in my eyes. I’m a proud Missourian from the “Show Me State” and live the state motto on occasion, but my personal motto is “Take chances, make mistakes, and get messy.” Oh, and “I want to run through the halls of my high school, I want to scream at the top of my lungs! I just found out there’s no such thing as the real world, just a lie you’ve got to rise above.”
