Christopher Dawes has produced over 30 documentaries on a wide range of topics, including the rebuilding of New Orleans and its impact on the environment. He has also produced and directed narrative shorts, music videos, and narrative features. Christopher is a published author, most recently writing for Byline Magazine, the autobiographical article, "The 40-Year Old Intern, or why one man chose to take the unlikely plunge into journalism after years of high-flying Wall Street deals." Appearing both behind and in front of the camera, Christopher's narrative short, "Long Night's Journey Into Day" was an official selection of the CineSlam Vermont Film Festival. Christopher is currently working as the Associate Producer, Assistant Director, Editor, Archivist, and Publicist on his first documentary feature, "Unseen Stonewall", scheduled to be released in 2012. Prior to pursuing his career in film and journalism, Christopher spent 20 years in product management, defining strategy, developing products, and improving processes.
