Glasgow, Scotland
Bryan M. Ferguson was born in Glasgow, Scotland and from a very early age displayed the creative vision that was to spur on his directorial career. Although his love for filmmaking was evident from his early schooling, Bryan made his first film at the age of eleven on a home video camera. After leaving High School (where Bryan did quite well but found the courses creatively unstimulating) he went on to College where he studied Film, in time receiving an HND.

He then went onto take several dozen jobs within the Film/TV industry.

His Italian roots (on his mother's side) are exhibited in the great passion he has for his creations, and the lengths he will go to ensure they each reach his own high standard of quality.

To this date, he continues to plan new projects to develop and work on and also continues to write and direct many unique experimental shorts and other features, the most recent of which, the innovative visionary piece "CameraEye" (2005), the award winning "Withering Flowers" (2006), both critically acclaimed on their release.

  • I want you to make a video that is one minute long.

All your clips cannot be longer than 20 frames.

If you do not have the means to edit by the frame, your clips cannot be longer than 2 seconds each.

In the film you have to have the following:

    1) a cat
    2) a hat
    3) a mailbox
    4) a pair of shoes
    5) Two oranges and 3 apples.

Be as creative as you want..but it has to be somewhat coherent and tell a story.

    okay...GO!

I think you should turn "the closet" into a series. Brilliant. You two work well together.
