I have cable and I have reset the router and the modem. I tried again on IE and on Firefox. Same failure. I also tried to upload a video I had successfully uploaded before to see what would happen and I rec'd the same failure.

Here's the report of failed uploads from IE, Firefox and Chrome. Still cannot upload my video. Not doing anything different that I've done with the last 40 or videos uploaded to VIMEO. Paid a tech guy to check. Flash is fine. Determined that it's a VI
