Creativity and clarity describe Clare Dunphy as a teacher, presenter and educator. Clare is a Master Trainer and Program Developer with Peak Pilates, mentoring teacher trainers worldwide. Clare co-authored the Peak Pilates System Certification and MVe Programs. She is also well known for her innovative Body Bar classes was honored with two OBOW Awards with ECA and Best Of Boston. Her well-rounded approach to exercise and health provides progressive and innovative training that is accessible to everyone. She holds a BS in Physical Education concentrating in Cardiovascular Health and Exercise from Northeastern University and holds certifications through ACE and the Pilates Guild. Her integrated and wholesome approach to exercise and health is refreshing and she is dedicated to providing progressive and innovative education and instruction to fitness professionals and enthusiasts who are pursuing an enhanced lifestyle through physical fitness.
