Creative Media Group [CMG] is a ministry within Boys Ranch Town children's facility.

CMG is about God. Discipleship is the core value of this program. We are encouraging boys to discover the Truth in Gods Word and apply it to their daily lives. It is our desire for these young men to be transformed by the power of God and for them to be a blessing everywhere they go.

CMG is about Media. CMG strives to teach Boys Ranch Town residents the fundamentals of honest reporting, photography, video, and web development. These are highly marketable skills that will give our residents an edge in todays society.

CMG is about Community. Boys Ranch Town is extremely grateful for all the support we have received through the years from both the Edmond and Oklahoma City Communities. We are very serious in our commitment of teaching the boys the importance of investing and giving back to our surrounding communities.

Boys Ranch Town was a dream in the minds of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Johnson from the time they lost their only son, Jimmy, in 1937. Their dream became a reality in 1953 when the Johnsons gave a gift of money and land on which Boys Ranch Town is located. Since then more than 1,000 boys have called Boys Ranch Town home.
