His passion is to see communities of believers come together, own a vision and invest strategically in ministry for significant impact and to ultimately see more people come to Christ.

With over 20 years of experience in senior business leadership roles, Aubrey has a broad understanding of what it takes to build and sustain the momentum required to achieve lasting transformational change. While still engaged in business, Aubrey also served as a volunteer Executive Pastor, Church Resources & Stewardship at a church of 1600 people and has helped several church leadership teams gain a greater strategic focus for significant impact. His passion is to help leaders and teams achieve their full potential - to become all of who God created them to be – for broader Kingdom impact.
