In 2007 Scene Change was approached to roll out and develop the Coaching Squared programme after a successful pilot between MoJ and PwC in 2005. Coaching Squared is a pioneering public and private sector initiative designed to boost the confidence and career prospects of managers through a 9 month development programme.

The programme provides a platform for participants with a similar level of experience to meet and select an independent peer from another organisation to act as co-coaching partner.
