The Coalition Management Team

Eric Lawrence and Rob Lanni started working together in the mid '80s having worked with such acts as Sheriff (EMI), Frozen Ghost (Warner) and Wild 'T' & The Spirit (Warner). They formed Coalition Entertainment Management in 1992 when they began managing Our Lady Peace (Columbia). In 1995, Our Lady Peace had released their first album “Naveed” in the USA. By this point, Coalition Entertainment Management had built a solid reputation in Canada. It was inevitable that entering the US market was the next step in the evolution of Coalition. The goal was to build a management company that could compete with US companies. Under the direct guidance of Lanni and Lawrence, Our Lady Peace have gone on to become one of the most successful Canadian bands of all time. In 2001, they signed Simple Plan (Atlantic) to their management roster selling over 6 million albums worldwide by the end of 2006. In 2005, they launched Coalition Records in partnership with Warner Canada. In 2007, Finger Eleven (a client since 1996) had released it’s fourth album whose first single reached #1 on US Rock Radio charts.

Coalition has built a reputation of developing successful touring acts. This has been accomplished by a strong belief that touring is paramount in the development of an artist's career. Coalition is a full service management company; music licensing, online creative, press and publicity departments are just a glimpse into the fully developed company that Coalition has evolved into since its inception.

Current recording artist roster includes: Our Lady Peace (Sony/BMG) ,Finger Eleven (Wind-Up), Simple Plan (Atlantic), The Waking Eyes (Coalition Records/Warner), Neverending White Lights (Ocean/Maple Music), Inward Eye (J Records), Justin Nozuka (Coalition Records/Warner), and Hello Operator (Coalition Records/Warner)

Throughout Coalition Management's history, they have been involved in the commercial release of over 20 albums with combined worldwide sales exceeding ten million albums.
