The Coalition of Compassion is a network of leaders and organizations that have agreed to lend their names, influence and funds to launch a compassion-evangelism movement through the local church.

The central purpose of the Coalition of Compassion is to equip the local church to do compassion-evangelism.

This purpose is realize through three core functions:

1. CONNECT individuals, churches, ministries, and organizations in a relational network focused on compassion-evangelism

2. CREATE resource channels that equip the local church to do compassion-evangelism

3. CHAMPION the access and story-telling of others by providing promotion and materials
