Michael Cogliantry (b. 1974) is US based, award-winning editorial and advertising photographer with a background in fine art photography.

Dividing his time between the beautiful Pacific Northwest and New York City, Michael’s photographs have appeared in and on the covers of dozens of magazines and books including GQ, Esquire, Espn, Men’s Health, Fitness, Field and Stream, SmartMoney, Forbes, Business Week, Simon & Schuster & Little, Brown & Co.

Advertising clients include Comedy Central, AT&T, Optimum Online, Cablevision, Tellabs, Consumer Search, McDonalds, Blue Man Group, Miller Lite, Foster’s Lager, Arm & Hammer and Yahoo!

In between assignments and travel, Cogliantry’s personal photography continues to be a renewing creative force in his body of work taking him on new self-assignments all over the world. Recent awards for this work include American Photo & Communication Arts Annuals, Photo District News and the International Photography Awards.

Chronicle Books published Michael’s first book entitled Furverts in April of 2009.
