Founded by long-time creative sibling collaborators Kirsten & Devon Bolton in 1997, Commotion developed a specialization in brand and strategy after more than a decade of award winning writing, producing, and directing commercials; marketing strategy and advertising; web, video, radio, and print production; graphic design; 3D animation and post production; and event production and public relations.
Heck, we’ve even created international award winning short films that have screened in Toronto, Chicago, New York, Australia, Russia, San Francisco, and beyond. We've won several “Best Short” awards, even a “BAFTA,” and almost qualified for an Academy Award shortlist. Doh, so close!
We bring that ever-aspirational world standard of creativity and gumption to all our clients and projects.
Not bad for two Canadian kids who were inspired by the Muppets, Carol Burnett, and Monty Python; grew up overseas in Venezuela, England, and Norway in American schools, and then returned home to wreak defiant havoc (and results) with their unique blend of mad skills.
