Corinne is a freelance visual journalist based in Washington, D.C. Her work has earned numerous awards, including a Chicago Emmy and recognition from the Illinois Press Photographers' Association.
Corinne has reported on inequality around the world, from insufficient healthcare in a refugee camp in Malawi to South African townships near Johannesburg, to humanitarian aid in the Sahel and post-war northern Uganda, to endemic violence in inner-city Chicago and throughout the favelas of Rio de Janeiro.
For her master's degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Corinne concentrated in documentary video production. Her undergraduate degree, also from Medill, is in long form magazine writing.
