I am a Canadian artist who loves to explore and paint our amazing landscapes in oils, and share these experiences through my films.

"Cory Trépanier has inspired many with the beauty of our lands, waters and skies. Close interaction with his subject through extensive exploration transforms his canvases into compelling paintings in oil. Viewers are faced with more than a representation of a place and time; they are transported there through the artist’s unique vision.

In 2006, Cory launched a multi-year project called "Into The Arctic: An Artist's Journey to the North". In addition to sharing the majesty of the north through his paintings, Cory has produced a television documentary from the first year, and is creating online video journals, photos, writings and developing a touring exhibition.
