Coyopa Productions

Richard Power Hoffmann founded Coyopa Productions in 1998, after graduating from film school at NYU and working in New York City.  He was drawn back to his native Philadelphia, where the city’s depth of history, visual appeal, and range of ethnicity form a unique soul that offers a rich source of stories.

Against this backdrop, Coyopa has produced a range of work from biographies and commercials to fundraising, promotional, and independent films. Growing from a home office to a garage studio to a spacious location in Center City, Hoffmann and his talented team of producers, editors, designers, cinematographers, animators, and composers regularly deliver award-winning films to both local and global audiences.
