THE HUMANS BEHIND THE CREATURES
In 1987 master-puppeteer Gary Friedman studied with the late Jim Henson of The Muppets™ and went on to develop many years of adult based international educational projects. Some of these include Puppets Against Aids, Puppets Against Abuse, Puppets Against Corruption and Puppets in Prison.
In 1994 Friedman’s company was commissioned to cover the first democratic elections in South Africa. His puppets interviewed Nelson Mandela and other politicians in his ‘Puppets for Democracy’ television series. During the late nineties, Friedman produced a two-hour daily show ‘School TV’ for the national broadcaster.
In 2008 Friedman established Corporate Creatures™ with a team of experienced television and corporate entertainers who have written and performed for corporate functions and conferences throughout Australia and South East Asia (for companies including Coca Cola, AMP, Boral, Ricoh, and Ernst & Young) as well as for corporate videos, viral marketing campaigns and television commercials. They bring a wealth of knowledge in comedy, live performance and improvisational workshops.
Together with a highly skilled team of puppeteers and experienced crew, Corporate Creatures™ is the most exciting option for Creative Communication in the international market.
