Born in Ecuador in 1978, raised in Argentina where she studied simultaneously at the University of Buenos Aires an Art Bachelor degree at the Faculty of philosophy and literature and Audiovisual Media design at the Faculty of architecture and urban design.
Worked as assistant direction for films and advertisement and has produced and directed tv shows for `C`iudad Abierta´ , the public television signal of Buenos Aires.
For 9 years develop a teaching career in Audiovisual design at the University of Buenos Aires alongside Carlos Trilnick and Gabriel Valansi, with whom begin to work in the direction and production of video installations and art exhibitions , as well as presenting her own personal video work in institutions such as
Open Studio Buenos Aires, Colón Theater Experimental Center, Modern Art Cordoba Museum Emilio Caraffa, Recoleta Cultural Center of Buenos Aires, Argentinian National Museum of fine Arts, YPF Foundation, ArteBA Buenos Aires Art Fair, Haus der Kulturen der Welt ( Deutschland).
In 2012 begin to develop with Nicola Costantino the project ``Eva Argentina´, for which she developed the head of production and the direction of the 2 video installations of the exhibition. The project was the choice for representing the Argentine pavilion at the 55 Venice Biennale in 2013 .
Currently Dafne is doing her master studies at the Institute Art in Context, Universitat der Kunst, Berlin.
