Darrell Goldman, Pastor of Worship Arts
Leading musical worship emerged in my life after coming face to face with God’s love for me in my twenties. After experiencing the love of Jesus, I found myself leaving my old ways and surrendering myself to full time worship ministry. Since that time, I have had the privilege of serving on staff at 3 churches, guest leading at many events, conferences, and retreats. At the same time I have also been able to help develop professional and non-professional musicians for worship ministry, equip worship team members, and write original songs for the church.

Although playing mostly contemporary/modern praise and worship, I love adding re-styled traditional hymns in corporate worship which have shaped many generations of believers. Having led worship in a variety of venues and settings, I have seen that a transparent depth of intimacy with God manifests itself through the one who is leading.

Worship is more caught than taught and is a response to all that God is with all that we are. Therefore, it takes strong imprints on the life of a worshipper to impart more than a song to change lives and allow those in worship to experience God's transforming presence. As a worshipper, my desire is to expressively adorn the God who saved me with a life of deep devotion lived out as an act of worship. As a lead worshipper, my main aim is to model biblical worship, lead people into the presence of God using the creative arts, and teach from the Bible on Godly living. I believe that evangelism, discipleship and missions outreach is imperative in the life of every believer.

Darrell has a degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston and and a Master's degree in Biblical studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife Leslie have 3 children. He is a songwriter, triathlete, Harley rider and musicianary.
