Singer and Composer, Dato, is a person of culture and peace. He sings in many different languages including English, Russian, Georgian, Turkish, Armenian, and Ukrainian. Dato writes all of his own music.

Dato was born in Tbilisi (Georgia). Since childhood he participated in different musical groups. At the beginning it was “Flash” – really popular Georgian group in early 90-ties. Then he sang with “Sahe” group.
Year 2000. The beginning of his solo career. National melodies and soul, dancing rythmes of reggae and latina. All this you can find in Dato’s repertoire. Two concerts in Tbilisi gathered record 15.000 of spectators.
Year 2002. The official release of Dato’s first album with designing name – “I want you to want this". One year after the second album “I don't want to hurt you" came.
December,12, 2005 «Grammofon Music» company with the information support of Russian News Service and “Music Box” TV Channel produced the third album of singer with the romantic name “Sand Dream”. This album includes 16 songs and 2 video – «Forgive me» and «Sand Dream».
Prizes and achievements:

- Special prize of «Voice of Asia» festival (Kazakhstan)
- Duet with American rapper Coolio at his sole concert in Tbilisi;
- Musical experience with american group “Puetry Motion"
- Frequent «Singer of year» in Georgia;

- Music Video on Dato’s song «Mahindji Var», produced by ParanoiaFilm company, became the laureate of 15th Moscow International Advertising Festival, participated in out-of-competition program of “Cannes Lions” festival and «New York Film and video festival», was shown at Short Film Festival Clermont-Ferraud.
