User Bio

David Fain's professional credits include; Staff Writer on SpongeBob Squarepants, Animation Supervisor for Warner Bros. Online division creating new Flash cartoons for the internet, animating, writing, and directing the Action League Now! segments of the Nickelodeon series KaBlam!, Animation Supervisor on the Cartoon Network series Out of Jimmy's Head, and Animatic Editor on the HBO series The Ricky Gervais Show and The Hub’s G.I. Joe: Renegades. His personal films include Oral Hygiene and Panopticon.

He currently works as an Animatic Editor at Hasbro Studios on the animated television series Transformers Prime, and continues to freelance as an Animator (Flash and Stop- Motion a specialty), Director, and Writer.

David has taught College Level Animation courses at the Rhode Island School of Design, the Art Institute of Philadelphia, the University of the Arts, the California Institute of the Arts, and the University of Southern California.

He received his B.F.A. in Film/Animation from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Masters Degree in Experimental Animation from the California Institute of the Arts.
