Throughout the past few years Miami has shown much growth from it's breed of emcees since Uncle Luke first arrived in the early 90's. More and more you are starting to listen to the byproduct of HipHop at it's rawest form combined with the sound engineering of today. In the trenches of all this is, Miami native DaVincci is someone who is creating a positive buzz along side the Miami Beat Wave production team. Leo "DaVincci" Mayorga was born in Leon, Nicaragua and was brought to the US during the civil war. Through the years, rhyming was always a hobby and pastime but never actually taken serious enough to pursue it as a legitimate career. Even though his relationship with music has always been visible, he decided to take it to another level in 2005 where he began to learn to make beats by himself to compliment his story telling.
In 2008 DaVincci was introduced to Chip Williams, Brandan Toledo & St. LaRok better known as Miami Beat Wave. After a few projects and a mixtape mainly featuring St. LaRok (Sneak Peek Mixtape) the crew developed into some what of an anomaly, a four headed production monster. Working alongside the team has opened doors to working with some of Miami's elite such as ¡MAYDAY!, Grammy Nominated lead singer of Locos Por Juana, Itagui Correa, Skam2?, Omniscient & AG Lyonz. Not to mention future projects yet to be released by Dead Prez, Co$$ & Garcia as well as some exclusive remixes for Miami's mixtape king DJ EFN. With the momentum rolling, DaVincci is preparing to complete his debut street album (which will be recorded mixed & produced entirely in house by MBW) "Personal Contribution" will be a huge stepping stone for the Miami native.
Now the relationship that has brought the team together also help cultivate it's own seed with REAL TALK consisting of St. LaRok, Davincci, vocals from Live Free front man AG Lyonz & production from MBW.
