hey man...it is called Film Burn. It is typically found in photography over video because everything we shoot is digital now, and film burn is an over exposure on a film reel. Basically I researched it online and found ways to recreate layers in photoshop editing different colors, blended it all together, made them into video clips, then just add them in and change the composite mode to ADD, wallah, they play over the footie blended like that. It is a pretty intense process but you might just want to google how to make it or find some video clips that people have already put together, because you can just add them over your footie and change the composite mode to get them to work.
