Hello there! I'm a guitarist and singer-songwriter, now living in LA but with roots on the beautiful Isle of Man (in the middle of the Irish Sea). I came to the US in 2007 with Adam Jones and Ross Doyle and we toured together as Back Door Slam, playing more than 300 dates over 18months, and hitting TV shows like Jimmy Kimmel & the CBS Early Show. We released our album, Roll Away, in Spring 07 on Blix Street Records and got some great reviews.
Adam and Ross are now doing other things, but I've just completed album number two, 'Coming Up For Air', with new musical friend & mentor Peter Frampton.
I'm also heading out on tour as Davy Knowles & Back Door Slam over the spring and summer, taking in festivals like Lollapalooza & the Mile High Fest, and opening for Jeff Beck and Chickenfoot.
The album is out for download from May 19th, and in stores June 16th.
