Downtown Community Television Center (DCTV) was founded in 1972 by Jon Alpert and Keiko Tsuno. For over three decades, DCTV has provided low-cost equipment rentals, editing facilities, filmmaking/producing workshops, youth programs, and delivered countless award-winning documentary productions to broadcast air.
