Debashis Sinha is a percussionist, audio, and video artist interested in how tradition can influence experimentation. Active on the world music scene for over 10 years, Sinha has expanded his palette to include radiophonic art, audio installation, and video to explore his ideas. His projects have been supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, the Ontario Arts Council, the Toronto Arts Council, the Chalmers Foundation, and the Banff Centre.
