DeCantillon Films is a British independent film production company with bases in Harrogate and Oxford. The aim of DeCantillon is to produce high quality feature films whilst giving young artists the opportunity to work on a professional film set as crew or to become part of our strong cast. DeCantillon have been strongly supported since it's foundation in 2005 with the late Academy Award nominated Director Ken Russell describing the company's founder Timothy Reynard as "the future of film". Other notable admirers of DeCantillon include Screen Yorkshire's Head of Production, Hugo Heppell ('This Is England', 'Brideshead Revisited', 'The Damned United') and the acclaimed Michael Chaplin the creator of 'Monarch of the Glen' and screenwriter of 'Foyle's War' and BBC's 'Robin Hood'.
