DEFASTEN is a digital media artist. Having worked in New York, Paris, and Montreal, his work is screened regularly in festivals such as ONEDOTZERO, SIGGRAPH, MUTEK, ELEKTRA and TRANSMEDIALE.

DEFASTEN's latest project is "Openland", a 72 mins docufiction film exploring micro states. featuring music by Andrew Coleman. To be released on British label C0C0S0L1DC1T1 later this year.

A solo retrospective of his work titled STRANGE DAYS is currently on display at Le Cube in Paris until January 16 2010.
