Dual System is probably the only really reliable way. I imagine there are also lots of new cameras that have replaced the FLIP in it's absence that have mic inputs.

Interesting, Ryan. Thanks. Do you know of any workarounds for the lack of a microphone input? Using a separate recorder, then synching in post is, of course, possible. But has anyone actually managed to incorporate a mic input on the FLIP itself?
