Bill Mills is a producer/director/cinematographer with a range of experience from film to digital cinematography. His credits include feature films, international documentaries, commercials, and web based media.

Bill is the CEO of FLORIDA FILM & VIDEO and DIGITAL CINEMA HD. FFV has been the creative production/post production division while DCHD offers state of the art equipment and crew services.

As an award winning director and cinematographer, Mills has circled the globe capturing images for a wide variety of clients, ranging from National Geographic, NOVA, and Discovery to the United States Marine Corps.

He has received numerous awards for production including six Emmys, a Primetime Emmy nomination for Cinematography, a 1997 Kodak Vision Award, three Cine Golden Eagles, and a Platinum Best of Show Aurora.

Bill’s philosophy is to custom design the team to fit the project with the services of a wide range of talented producers, cinematographers, editors, and writers.

When he’s not on location, Bill enjoys sailing, SCUBA, and is currently working to complement his BA in Television-Film from the University of Georgia with a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management at AMU.

He is a member of Film-Florida; the Society of Operating Cameraman (SOC); the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM – Student branch), and holds a 100 ton United States Coast Guard License for Power or Sail.
