Noric Dilanchian is the Managing Partner of Dilanchian Lawyers & Consultants (dilanchian.com.au) in Sydney, Australia. He specialises in intellectual property (IP) and contract law and IP commercialisation.

Noric has had extensive experience in drafting and automation for contracts and supporting materials such as clause libraries, template agreements, checklists and questionnaires. He has international experience in the entertainment, IT, publishing and technology industries. He wrote a chapter on licensing trends in Australia for the 2009 book Licensing Update (published by Wolters Kluwer).
