Yea. All of the wide-angled shots in this video are done with the 35mm. I think it is a good lens for its price, especially if you are using it for video only. For photos it is not so sharp and clear as canon's more expensive USM or L lenses. It can stil provide good images, but with a camera as sensitive as the 5DMk2, i sometimes feel this lens need more work to work with.
