Hey there! I'm new here, and I'm not really anybody special, but when I discovered Vimeo a few months ago I knew right away it was the perfect community for someone like me. I'm very interested in visual arts like filmmaking and graphic design, so I enjoy the artistic side of making video projects.

I also write a lot, so the storytelling aspects of videos appeal to me as much as elements like colors and image composition. I don't have anything to back up what I say yet--I'm in my last year of high school, and my family's teenage VHS-C camcorder finally quit recently, but I try to learn as much as I can. (I enjoy the technical side of camera equipment as well, which is why a partially disassembled camcorder is on a shelf in my room.)

As for my other interests, they include music, science, computers, math, photography and the relentless editing of both my writing and that of others. Hope I can contribute something to this community!

Sorry, Craig Dujon doesn't have any videos yet.

Whether consciously or not, the film follows the acting advice not to do anything until something happens to make you do it--wait until you experience the thoughts and feelings that would make your character do whatever they do next.

Maybe in this case the whole phenomenon is reversed--the actors are pausing ambiguously (hence the tension) but that silence creates a potential space for viewers. Always ready to close the gaps, we see them as thinking before they act and come up with our own explanations for what they say and do.

For me much of the fun of watching this comes from watching people interact and trying to figure them out. Either it's just something people naturally enjoy or I just figured out why I like psychology so much.

You, sir, deserve to win a Weisscam high-speed camera two years after the fact. Something so ordinary captured this way really makes you stop and think.

I wonder what other interesting things like that I might be taking for granted every day? I know it sounds clichè but it's what I'm thinking. I'm going to spin a coin and blink really fast to see what happens. No, really.
