I'm passionate about wild foods, and how easy it is to supplement your diet from the hedgerow.

The videos I create started out as personal video diary of the various plant teachers that I meet down here in Devon, England. Then I discovered lots of people liked them, so I decided to share them with the wider world.

Although UK specific, I hope you find them useful wherever you live in the world, and I encourage you to explore and experiment with wild foods from your own backyard.

Remember: Never eat anything you haven't identified with 100% certainty, and even if you have make sure you do a 'Tolerance Test' just in case you have an unknown allergy, see:
