the file is 1.29 gig. It will allow me to upload as a new video but will not allow me to replace. Message states that the file is too big when trying to replace.

Because of upload requirements a while back, my long video had to be broken up into 2 parts. Now bigger files are accepted. I tried to replace a video, but it is telling me that the file is too big. Is there a restricted file size when replacing a video. When I try to add a new video with this new file it is not too big. Thanks
