I have a commercial connection. Upload speeds are only a problem with Vimeo. Without mentioning any other names I can state for a fact that if I upload a file to a service that is linked to Vimeo, my file arrives here in a much shorter time. This however

Just updated to pro and now upload speeds are even lower. Today I am getting whooping .25MB/s Can this be fined? Please!
