you can easily find a screwmount 50mm F/1.4 lens for like, £30, even on ebay, or an 85mm F/1.8 etc. the M42 screwmount have the best range of lens out there, even a Carl Zeiss 20mm is possible.

M42 fitted a wider range of camera back then, you can probably find a cheap Russian 85mm F/1.5 lens for not a lots of buck.

Not only a F/1.4 would be better indoor/low light situation but the narrower depth of field make it even sweeter.

there's one lens you'd love to get your hand on; Canon 50mm F/0.95, made for their rangefinder.

you know what bizarre? me and my girlfriend tend to go to Russell Park to feed squirrel and such, but while we're lying on the grass waiting for the squirrel, I managed to eat all the nuts that she brought to feed the squirrel.
