ELECTORAL DYSFUNCTION, a feature-length documentary, uses humor and wit to take an irreverent but nonpartisan look at voting in America. Currently in post-production and intended for theatrical release and broadcast in 2012, the film is a road trip starring the brilliant political humorist Mo Rocca. A correspondent for "CBS Sunday Morning" and a panelist on NPR's hit quiz show "Wait, Wait. . . Don't Tell Me," Rocca is a former correspondent for "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and author of "All the Presidents' Pets: The Story of One Reporter Who Refused to Roll Over."
