Electric Shadow Company
The Electric Shadow Company is a UK-based independent film production company, set up by John Jencks, Jay Taylor and Alexa Seligman in 2008. The company has several feature projects in development including a number of adaptations of work by best-selling authors.
Sane & Diddly is a subsidiary of The Electric Shadow Company, producing high quality short films, viral advertising, music video and corporate films. Their shorts have had wide success at recent festivals, including John Jencks’ win with GO AWAY, PLEASE! at the 2010 London Short Film Festival where it picked up the Shooting People Best Comedy Award. LOVE HOUND (dir. Lawrence Page) and GO AWAY, PLEASE! have also screened at Rushes Soho 2009 and Branchage 2009 and have been broadcast on TV as part of Propeller TV’s ComedyFest. HOLYWOOD SWEETS (dir. John Jencks) also played at the Edinburgh International Film Festival Videotheque in 2009.
